YVONNE PINTO, managing Director
Yvonne Pinto has spent over 20 years in the agricultural development sector, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa. She has background in plant genetics and has worked in various positions with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Gatsby Foundation, UN FAO and the Centre for Environmental Policy at Imperial College. Yvonne sits on various Boards, Program Advisory and Steering Committees. She is also an experienced mentor and is an alumna the Judge Business School at Cambridge University
ANDRE LING, technical DIRECTOR
Andre Ling has 15 years of experience working with diverse organisations on strategy, organisational learning and Monitoring and Evaluation in South Asia, South-East Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. His areas of expertise include mixed methods evaluations, the design of user-centred M&E and learning systems and the facilitation of multi-stakeholder workshops. Thematically, Andre specialises in agriculture, resilience, value chains and gender.
NIGEL HIGGS, CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER
Nigel Higgs is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and holds a Masters degree in Finance. During Nigel’s 35 plus years in business he has held a variety of senior finance and operational roles in companies ranging from SMEs to large multinationals both in the UK and Europe. Nigel also brings experience of working with venture capital funded companies, from start-up through to exit.
